Shipping

All orders made prior to 1pm (AEDT) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50, excluding oversized items.
Express shipping upgrade option is available during checkout for an addition cost.

When will I receive my order?
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on location and shipping option selected during checkout. 
Most of our parcels are shipped using Australia Post. With the majority of "Standard Post" parcels arriving between 3-12 business days and "Express Post" parcels arriving within 1-3 business days.

I haven't received my order?
Most late parcels will arrive within 5 businesses days of their expected delivery date. Please be aware that some parcels may be delayed due to disruptions within postage carriers which is out of our control unfortunately. Please contact us if you haven't received your item and it has been more than 10 business days past the expected delivery date.

Wrong or Incomplete Address Entered During Checkout?
If you made a mistake when entering your details during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know so we can hopefully fix the issue before the item is shipped. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any items lost during transport due to incorrect details being entered during checkout. If your item is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be required to pay all delivery costs associated with redelivery.

Do you ship internationally outside of Australia?
Unfortunately we currently only ship within Australia.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days of being received. Return Shipping will be paid by the buyer for change of mind (including incorrect size purchases). A restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from refunds for change of mind returns.

Returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received, and must not have been worn or used. If the item is found to be damaged or worn prior to being returned no refund will be given.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the return and you will be notified of the outcome of your return via email. All refunds will be refunded to the original card or payment method used when the purchase was originally made.

If the product received is faulty, please contact us so we can organise a replacement or refund. 

Payment Options

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. MasterCard, VISA and AMEX payment types are supported.

Size guides are available on each listing, please check each indivdual listings for size guides as they can vary between certain brands and items to ensure best fit.
